Willy’s Baggie II material is undergoing a major revision (July 2009)

Dear friends:

I am working on telling “the entire story” of what I know in regard to how to correct depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other “mental illnesses” naturally. (The term “mental illness” is a true misnomer, as all mental illnesses are “whole body illnesses”, every single one.)

I believe that the great bulk of this story can be told in a single blog. I intend to title this blog when it is complete “Willy’s Baggie II; You Can Learn How To Be The Nutrient Doctor Of Yourself” (or something very similar to this).

This blog is admittedly going to be somewhat lengthy. However, it will be far shorter than most books. I am going to try to state everything that I feel needs to be said in as simple and understandable fashion as I can. And I will try at all times to not state things which are unnecessary in order for a person to learn “how to be an effective nutrient doctor of his or her self”.

***THIS BLOG IS JUST BEGINNING ITS CONSTRUCTION. IT IS NOT YET DONE. I have copied a blog titled “Willy’s Baggie II; a major improvement” to begin the task of writing this blog. This older copy is going to be edited, very substantially expanded, and changed. I expect these changes to be completed by mid-October or so. When this blog on Willy’s Baggie II is done to my satisfaction, these words will be removed.***

This blog on Willy’s Baggie II will correct all of the errors that were contained in the material that I first posted to the Internet in regard to Willy’s Baggie II ingredients. Yes, some ingredients will be added to Willy’s Baggie II. And yes, some ingredients will be removed from the material that I first posted to the Internet in regard to Willy’s Baggie II ingredients. In addition to this, the amounts of some of the ingredients that I first listed in the Willy’s Baggie II formula will be changed.

However, it is my intent for this upgrade of the “Willy’s Baggie II” blog to do much more that simply amend the supplement formula that this baggie now contains.

I intend to cover all of the following topics in this upgraded material on Willy’s Baggie II regardless of how long that it takes me to do so, given my limited Internet access. (Many of these topics can be considered chapter titles, as this is what they will become some day. I have denoted these probable chapter titles by quotation marks.) Although some of the topics listed below may only be covered in only cursory fashion, at least some information on all of the following will eventually be found in this blog:

7. “Some Facts About The American Food And Water Supply; Simple Facts Everyone Should Know”

9. “Conventional Medicine; What It Does Right And What It Does Wrong”

10. “Alternative Medicine; What It Does Right And What It Does Wrong”

11. “Big Pharma And The FDA; Do They Represent A Criminal Conspiracy Of Historic Proportions?”

12. “Willy’s Original Baggie; How It Happened, What It Was, And What It Taught My Son And Myself”

13. The section in the current work in progress which is now titled “Some Background Information Regarding Willy’s Baggie II” will be upgraded and changed.

14. “What Health Situations, and To Whom, Does Willy’s Baggie II Apply To?”

15. A section will include information regarding categorizing the ingredients of Willy’s Baggie II into one of the following groups; “Essential”, “Very Important”, “Important”, or “Helpful”. (I credit James and Phyllis Balch with this idea of categorizing supplementation needed. They do this in various editions of their landmark book titled “Prescription For Nutritional Healing”.)

Due to this categorization, persons that have a limited budget can substantially reduce the cost of using a Willy’s Baggie II approach. They can do this by simply sticking to the “Essential” ingredients, and/or only using a few additional ingredients in addition to the “Essential” ones.

16. A section will include information regarding the cost of each of Willy’s Baggie II ingredients on a per capsule, per day, and per month basis.

17. “How To Drink Most Or All Of Willy’s Baggie II; For Those Who Have Difficulty Swallowing Capsules And Pills”

18. “How To Safely Dose Upwards On The Broad Based Free Form Amino Acid Content in Willy’s Baggie II”; and why this should be tried by many.

19. “What About Taking Two Willy’s Baggies A Day?”; to be considered for those with severe nutrient needs.

20. “Nutritional Supplementation To Be Taken At All Mealtimes” (This supplementation will primarily draw on supplements that are in Willy’s Baggie II “Essential Ingredients” list.)

21. “Supplementation To Be Taken At Bedtime If Sleep Is A Problematic Issue” (This supplementation will primarily draw on supplements that are in Willy’s Baggie II “Essential Ingredients” list.)

22. “Other Nutritional And/Or Natural Supplementation That Should Be Considered”

23. “Issues Involving Probiotics Use; Some Information That May Be Helpful”

24. A section will be added to include information regarding “Hidden Food Allergies And Hidden Food Problems”, due to the fact that chronic ingestion of common problematic foods is often a big part of the reason that persons are seriously malabsorptive… such that they become broadly essential nutrient deficient over time.

25. “Some Suggested Dietary Interventions; To Include Juicing And Green Shakes”

26. “The Concept Of A Healing House; An Idea Whose Time Has Come”

27. “A Suggested Reading List Of Books That May Be Helpful”

28. “A Suggested List Of Websites That May Be Helpful”

Other sections may be added to this major revision of Willy’s Baggie II material in addition to the above list as well.

It is my intent to make this major revision of Willy’s Baggie II material a “stand alone document” for persons to be able to understand what may be involved when treating broad essential nutrient deficiency in themselves. My general goal here, and my goal in almost all of what I write and post to the Internet, is to teach persons how to become “effective doctors of themselves”.

Of the twenty-eight topics listed above, the first ones that I am going to work on pertain to Willy’s Baggie II ingredients in some way. Specifically, these are items 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 in the above list. These are items that I wish to complete for other persons as expeditiously as I can with the best and most accurate knowledge that I am in possession of at the moment. This copy is being completed for those that may wish to try a Willy’s Baggie II approach… without having to suffer from any further delay due to inaccurate and/or incomplete copy on my part.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
